The property goes on our listings with its locality only. We take the calls, arrange the visits and stay with the deal until it closes.

Buyers and tenants speak to us, not to you, until you choose to meet them. The exact address is shared only when we bring someone to visit.
What you and your buyers get
Our fee is 30% below the market standard and is agreed with you in writing up front: before your first visit if you are buying or renting, before we list your property if you are selling or letting it.
No sub-dealers in between. The price you hear is the owner’s or the builder’s own price, not one marked up along a chain of brokers.
Before we recommend a property, our legal team checks the title and the chain of ownership, and tells you plainly what it found.
Buying through Mynnt and prefer your own lawyer? Share their invoice and written sign-off on the title, and we reimburse the fee up to ₹10,000 once the purchase completes.
