What you get with us
- 01
Brokerage 30% below the market standard
Our fee is 30% below the market standard and is agreed with you in writing up front: before your first visit if you are buying or renting, before we list your property if you are selling or letting it.
- 02
Directly with owners and builders
No sub-dealers in between. The price you hear is the owner’s or the builder’s own price, not one marked up along a chain of brokers.
- 03
Paperwork checked by our legal team
Before we recommend a property, our legal team checks the title and the chain of ownership, and tells you plainly what it found.
- 04
Or use your own lawyer — we pay up to ₹10,000
Buying through Mynnt and prefer your own lawyer? Share their invoice and written sign-off on the title, and we reimburse the fee up to ₹10,000 once the purchase completes.

Questions,
answered
Before you call
How does your brokerage work?
Our brokerage is 30% below the usual market rate. The exact fee is agreed with you in writing up front: before your first visit if you are buying or renting, before we list your property if you are selling or letting it.
Each listing also shows its own brokerage line next to the price.
What are the terms of the ₹10,000 legal-fee cover?
For buyers who buy a property through Mynnt. Share your lawyer’s invoice and their written sign-off — an email or letter confirming the documents and the chain of title are in order — and we reimburse the legal fee up to ₹10,000, once per purchase, after the purchase completes through Mynnt.
You can also have the papers checked by our own legal team instead. Either way, you know where the title stands before you commit.
Why are the owner’s name and number not shown?
Every enquiry comes to Mynnt. Owners’ names, numbers and exact addresses stay private: it protects their privacy, keeps visits organised, and means the price you hear comes from us, not from a chain of dealers.
The exact address is shared when you visit with us.
How do visits work?
Send an enquiry from the listing, call us or WhatsApp the reference (for example P1124). We confirm the property is still available, agree a time that suits you, and one of our team goes with you on the visit.
If you are short of time, ask for the photos and the video first.
Which documents do you check?
For a resale: the registered sale deed and the chain of earlier deeds, mutation in the municipal records, the latest property-tax receipts, and whether there is a loan or a dispute on the property.
For DDA, society and PM-UDAY properties, the conveyance, share or authorisation papers that apply. For a builder floor, the roof and parking rights as the deed records them. If something is missing, we say so before you commit.
Can I sell or rent out my property through you?
Yes. Tell us about it on the sell page or call us. We visit, take the photos, check the papers and list it here. Your contact details are never shown on the website.
